Dairy-Free Hot Chocolate

My dairy-free hot chocolate recipe is a delicious, soothing, and even romantic act of self-love. This recipe is made from organic raw cacao, plant-based milk, and honey- that’s it! I use honey in this recipe as it may also reduce anxiety. Since honey is a natural sweetener, it has a different effect on the body than refined white sugar. White sugar is actually neurotoxic to the brain and body and can cause us to feel anxious or stressed. 

This is the perfect drink to sip around the fire this holiday season!
