If a guest has contacted Be Vivid You to schedule a laser hair removal consultation and if the preferred clinic charges a consultation fee, cancellation fee or no-show fee, guests will be asked to submit a credit card or billing account number to a Be Vivid You liaison representative over the phone to hold their appointment. In cases where the consultation appointment has no attached fees, guests won't be required to submit any financial information to us.

If we must collect a guest's credit card information, it is always stored in Be Vivid You' secure database and is only viewable by select administrative staff.

 

Demographic Information

Demographic guest data may also be collected through Be Vivid You. We use this data to personalize the guest's experience with us, and to show them content that we think will be relevant or interesting to them. For guests who become members of Be Vivid You or VPM (Be Vivid You's parent company site), this information will help us provide them with content according to their preferences.

Additionally, this information may be used internally by Be Vivid You for market analysis and other purposes. In select circumstances, this information may be shared with advertisers on an aggregate basis (i.e. all personal information will be removed).

Since any order information you provide to Be Vivid You will be transmitted using a secure connection, customers with web browsers that cannot support this level of security will not be able to order products through Be Vivid You.

To ensure that you are conducting a secure transaction, please look for a small padlock icon in the lower right corner of your browser before you send your financial information. Should this icon not be available, please notify Be Vivid You immediately and DO NOT send your financial information.

Be Vivid You does not sell or share guest information with any unaffiliated third parties. Be Vivid You will share guest information with select network clinics in the event that a guest schedules an appointment with one of our hair removal providers.

If Be Vivid You must acquire and share guest financial information with one of our clinics to schedule an appointment, this information won't be relayed via insecure emails or faxes. We communicate required guest financial info directly to the doctor/clinician or their office manager over the phone.

 

Account Information

Be Vivid You may release account information if it believes, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (1) comply with the law, (2) enforce or apply the provisions of our Terms and Conditions, or (3) protect the rights, property or safety of Be Vivid You, our customers or other individuals.

 

Credit Verification

Please note that when you order or schedule services (like consultations) from Be Vivid You , we may validate the credit card and other information you provide, at the request of the clinic, through a secure credit verification company before we fulfill your order. A $1 validation charge will appear on your card statement following this process and will be credited back to you shortly thereafter. We have an agreement with said credit company to ensure that guests' personal information is kept confidential.
