The best part is you can literally use any fruits you like! You can go simple with strawberries and blueberries, or tropical with pineapples and mangoes. Also, you are not limited to using vanilla or plain yogurt, so pick your favorite flavor. We include a customizable recipe below, so your options are endless!

Health Benefits of Greek Yogurt

Greek yogurt is a go-to for keeping us full, thanks to its strained thickness, and for satisfying a sweet tooth. It's popular as breakfast smoothies, parfaits, and even for skin care! Here are our favorite health benefits of Greek yogurt:

  • High in calcium, protein, and iodine
  • Probiotics from live cultures (great for gut health)
  • Reduces hunger and appetite
  • Builds muscle mass (thanks to the protein)

What's better is that you can use Greek yogurt to make amazing desserts (like these frozen fruit Greek yogurt bars) that can mimic ice cream bars! We hope you love this summer-time favorite as much as we do.

  • Crushed peanut butter cups (yum!).
  • Dark chocolate chunks and a caramel drizzle.
