Gordon Ramsay's Tip
To season salmon like Gordon Ramsay, keep it simple yet flavorful. Sprinkle some sea salt and cracked black pepper evenly on both sides of the fillets before cooking. This technique allows the natural flavors of the fish to shine while providing a delightful contrast to the honey glaze.

Ingredients
-
4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
-
1/4 cup honey
-
2 tablespoons soy sauce
-
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
-
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
-
Cooking spray
-
Fresh parsley or cilantro, for garnish
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper to create the honey glaze. Set aside.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for a few minutes.
Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Pat dry the salmon fillets and season them with salt and pepper on both sides
Place the seasoned salmon fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded. If necessary, cook the salmon in batches.
Set the air fryer to cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets. Flip the salmon halfway through the cooking time to ensure even cooking.
Once the salmon is halfway cooked, brush the honey glaze generously over the top of each fillet, ensuring they are fully coated.
Continue cooking the salmon for the remaining time or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C) when measured with a food thermometer.
Carefully remove the cooked salmon from the air fryer, and let it rest for a few minutes. This allows the flavors to meld and the salmon to become more tender.
