Ingredients
-
2 tablespoons black seed oil
-
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
-
1 tablespoon honey
-
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
-
1 clove garlic, minced
-
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the extra-virgin olive oil, black seed oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
Taste the dressing and adjust the seasonings according to your preference. If you prefer a sweeter taste, you can add more honey. If you prefer a tangier flavor, add a little more apple cider vinegar.
Once the dressing is well mixed, transfer it to a glass jar or bottle with a tight-fitting lid. Store it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
After chilling, remove the dressing from the refrigerator and shake it well. Drizzle it over your favorite salad or vegetables to add a burst of flavor and nourishment.
