Enjoy my recipe for No-Bake Chocolate Brownies that you can indulge in every day...that’s right, every day! Keep in mind I am talking about cacao here: the raw, nutrient-dense version of chocolate, not cocoa. Cocoa is heat-processed and loses its nutrients and medicinal properties.
These no-bake brownies are so moist and delicious. They are free of gluten, dairy, and refined sugar. Roasted sunflower seed butter makes the brownies truly nourishing, giving them a boost of protein and antioxidants.

No-Bake Chocolate Brownies
1 1/2 c plus 2 T Tigernut Flour or Almond Flour
1 c Organic Sunflower Seed Butter
1 c Cacao Powder
3⁄4 c Maple Syrup
5 T Filtered Water
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Dash of Sea Salt
1⁄4 c Organic Sunflower Seed Butter
1⁄2 c Cacao Nibs
For the brownies
For the topping
Add all the brownie ingredients to a bowl. Mix until well combined.
Press the brownie mixture into a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Smooth a layer of sunflower seed butter over the brownies. Sprinkle the cacao nibs over the sunbutter.
Place into the refrigerator for 1 hour to set, then cut into 24 squares and enjoy!
