This delicious and refreshing mocktail is the perfect way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, whether you’re hosting a party or enjoying a night in with friends. The tangy lime juice combined with the subtle flavor of green apple creates a drink that’s sure to be a crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients

1 cup of freshly squeezed lime juice

1/2 cup of simple syrup

1/4 cup of green apple syrup

1/4 cup of club soda

Ice cubes

Green food coloring (optional)

Fresh mint leaves and lime wedges for garnish
Directions
In a large pitcher, combine the lime juice, simple syrup, and green apple syrup.
Add a few drops of green food coloring if desired, and stir well.
Fill tall glasses with ice cubes, and pour the mixture over the ice.
Top each glass with a splash of club soda.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a lime wedge.
